Vanilla Custard Mug Cake

Caster sugar: 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract: ¼ tsp
Butter: 25g, melted
All-purpose flour: ¼ cup
Milk: 2 tbsp
Mascarpone cheese: 2 tbsp
Lemon zest: 1 pinch

How To cook
step 1 - Take a bowl and break an egg into it. Add 2 tablespoon of caster sugar and ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract to it. Whisk it well and make sure everything looks smooth.
step 2 - Add 25 grams of melted butter to it and keep mixing until it changes its color to light yellow. Make sure there are no lumps produced during the mixing.
step 3 - Add all-purpose flour to the mixture and whisk it properly. Add 2 tablespoon of milk, mix it really well and keep it aside.
step 4 - Take a fresh bowl and add ¼ cup of thickly prepared vanilla custard. Add 2 tablespoon of mascarpone cheese to it and 1 pinch of lemon zest. Mix it very well and keep it aside. Please note that it is not a problem if the mixture contains semi-solid ingredients.
step 5 - Now, take a cup and add ⅔ amount of batter that was prepared in the beginning. Spoon the thickly prepared custard over the batter and pour the remaining amount of batter into the cup.
step 6 - Microwave at a high temperature for about 1-½ minutes and guess what? Your vanilla custard mug cake is ready! Decorate it with jam and custard as you want and enjoy the real text of custard.
