- 1 Weikfield Falooda Mix (Mango Flavor Pack)
- 1 Liter Full-Cream Milk
- 1 glass (200ml) water
- Sliced Almonds
- Sliced Pistachio nuts
- Soaked Basil Seeds
- Boiled Vermicelli (Sevai)
- Mango Ice-cream
- Fresh Mango Pieces
Instructions:
Step to Step Guide to Make your Summer Falooda Drink
- In a saucepan, boil 1 liter of full-fat milk over medium heat.
- Gradually stir in 200 gm of Weikfield Falooda Mix (mango flavor) ensuring a smooth consistency.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer the mixture for 12-15 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent sticking.
- Once the mixture thickens and achieves a creamy texture, remove from heat and let it cool down.
- Refrigerate the mixture until thoroughly chilled.
- In serving glasses, add Boiled Vermicelli (Sevai), Basil Seeds, and Mango Pieces
