RED PEPPER FLAKES: 1 TEASPOON
MARINARA SAUCE: 1 LARGE JAR
COTTAGE CHEESE: 1 BOWL
WEIKFIELD PENNE PASTA: 1 BOWL, BOILED
MOZZARELLA CHEESE: 1 BOWL

How To cook

STEP 1 - TAKE A PAN AND ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL TO IT. HEAT IT FOR A MINUTE AND THEN ADD ½ KG OF MINCED CHICKEN TO IT
STEP 2 - SAUTE IT PROPERLY AND HEAT IT UNTIL THE COLOR OF THE CHICKEN TURNS BROWN. COVER THE LID OF THE PAN AND LET IT HEAT FOR SOME MORE TIME
STEP 3 - AADD SALT AS PER THE TASTE TO THE PAN AND 1 TEASPOON OF BLACK PEPPER. SAUTE IT PROPERLY AND MAKE SURE IT REACHES ALL THE ENDS OF THE PAN
STEP 4 - ADD 1 LARGE, ROUGHLY CHOPPED ONION AND MIX IT WELL WITH THE MINCED CHICKEN. COVER THE PAN WITH A LID AND LET IT COOK FOR SOME TIME
STEP 5 - ONCE IT IS COOKED ENOUGH, ADD 6-7 CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES TO THE PAN AND 1 TABLESPOON OF CHOPPED ROSEMARY. ADD 1 TABLESPOON OF ITALIAN SEASONING AND 1 TEASPOON OF RED PEPPER FLAKES. SAUTE THE MIXTURE WELL
STEP 6 - ADD 1 LARGE JAR OF MARINARA SAUCE AND MIX IT REALLY WELL WITH THE CHICKEN
STEP 7 - NOW, TAKE AN OVEN-SAFE BOWL AND SPREAD THE LAYER OF SAUCE PREPARED. SPREAD SOME GRATED COTTAGE CHEESE AFTER THE SAUCE AND THEN ADD THE BOILED PENNE PASTA. SPREAD ONE MORE LAYER OF THE SAUCE AND LET IT SET
