The Ingredient List

Water

Salt: ½ tbsp

Oil: 1 tbsp

Weikfield Fusilli pasta: 1 cup

Olive oil: 2 tbsp

Egg: 2 Whole

Egg yolk: 1

Processed cheese: 1/2 cup grated

Boiled pasta water: 2-3 tbsp

Black pepper: 1 tbsp

How To cook

  • step 1 - Boil the pasta as mentioned on the packet.
  • step 2 - Take a pan, pour the oil and add boiled pasta. Mix it well.
  • step 3 - Add eggs, cheese and combine them well.
  • step 4 - Add boiled pasta, water and sprinkle some black pepper powder on top of it. Mix it well.
  • step 5 - Transfer in a serving bowl and garnish with some freshly chopped parsley or coriander.
